    Personal Workout Access: Every week new workouts will be uploaded into your app with an option of a 4 or 6 day program. All workouts include demo videos built into the app, modifications where needed and instructions for following the workout. Everything you need for a complete workout, all you have to do is show up with your best effort!

    App Features: The app allows 24/7 contact with your coach, progress tracking, weight recommendations and workout scheduling! Looking for motivation or have questions? Your coach is at your fingertips.

    Weekly check ins - Includes an all inclusive survey, cover all the bases from measurements to progress pictures, to a variety of biofeedback markers. Check ins will go beyond your caloric intake to ensure you are on track for sustainable results and progress.

    Hands on, 24/7 Access to your coach - Your coach is accessible at your fingertips! Run into a problem or have a question mid week? Shoot your coach a message, no need to wait until your check in day.

    Adaptable Coaching - There isn’t a “one size fits all” when it comes to nutrition! We take into consideration your current lifestyle, past experience, barriers, prior successes, movement, process goals, outcome goals, performance goals, timelines, etc.

    Not just another 6 week challenge - Throughout our time with coaching we will focus on building habits around mindful intake, learning the best ways for you to fuel your body and making goal aligned decisions to build sustainable results and habits.
